Kavi is hiring! This full-time, on-site position with the Product Management team offers an opportunity to design the user experience for Kavi's next generation collaboration suite and to implement it using modern web technologies.
The ideal candidate will have solid application user experience and interface design skills and strong expertise with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX, and an appreciation of the virtues of working in an open source software environment.

Responsibilities
· Develop a UX strategy in conjunction with product marketing
· Design, document and refine a rich and consistent user interface for Kavi’s SaaS applications
· Go from concept to finished product through a process of discovery, analysis, wire-framing and story boarding, and implementation
· Manage application front end resources
· Skin new customer applications
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
· 5+ years experience in UX development and design
· Solid standards-based web authoring skills, specifically the ability to write valid JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Smarty template experience is a plus.
· Good understanding of contemporary, interactive web technologies, and how to employ them
· Experience building and maintaining web application interfaces including complex form layout, workflows, and interaction design
· Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
